This summer’s field campaign is off to a great start. After re-checking sites around Little Cayman Island, we managed to find and sample several impressive Holocene reef boulders that had been washed up onto the modern beach that overlays the Eemian Ironshore formation. With a little luck and some spare elbow grease, these samples may reveal a little something about the storms that moved them where they are today.
