I had the pleasure of attending and participating in the 2016 all Climate Science Center training and workshop in Amherst, MA. The workshop provided a valuable forum for discussing issues germane to communicating climate science as well as integrating stakeholders into the process of producing application useful scientific information. The workshop consisted of a series of break-out sessions on relevant topics, panel discussions on challenges in science communication and coproduction, and a series of talks by workshop participants and invited speakers on their own work and expertise. I look forward to applying many of the skills and concepts developed over the course of the workshop into my own work down the road.
