We had the distinct pleasure of being shown some of the most interesting geologically relevant sites on LCI by none other than CCMI director Dr. Carrie Manfrino! Dr. DeLong, Scarlette and I were awed by some of the magnificent features we were able to see and add to our existing body of work on the island. When it comes to seeking out the best sites, nothing beats many years of experience on and around the island!
