With over a hundred night markets, Taiwan never leaves visitors or residents wanting for food and sights at any hour. Lined with vendors of items and foods of all sorts, Shida’s night market was a great place to taste some Taiwanese favorites, including fried chicken (among other things). It’s hard to not find something good to eat at one of the night markets, as I found my problem was finding too much to eat!
